RIM is the latest company starting an official blog, but this one is bit a different. Insider BlackBerry is aimed at helping BlackBerry owners get the most from their devices. They've assembled a group of smartphone experts, each focused on a particular area related to using a BlackBerry.
The official BlackBerry blog will cover social apps, instant messaging, email and desktop software. They expect to add new experts along the way and promise dialogue with customers through their comments area.

Anyone ready for the BlackBerry Tour on Verizon? According the source, the BlackBerry Tour will go on tour starting this summer.

According to a report in Business Week, RIM will launch it's version of Apple's App Store on April 1st. The BlackBerry App World has fallen upon some criticism for it's pricing structure. Applications will start at $2.99 with a price cap at $9.99. This is in stark contrast to Apple's iTunes App Store where a high percentage of apps are priced at a mere $0.99. This has also led to a great deal of crap-apps. Perhaps RIM's pricing will help foster more quality apps? We'll find out soon enough, as the virtual doors open on April 1st.
