Just days ago, photos leaked of the upcoming new BlackBerry Storm 2 and now word comes that RIM's BlackBerry Storm 2 might be released on Verizon Wireless as early as June. Yes, next month. According to a report, a senior Verizon employee says the company is already training their tech support on the Storm 2 and have been told to be ready for it by the end of May. No specific date was given, but they said it would be out by the end of June by the latest. Is it possible that Verizon is pushing RIM to get the Storm 2 out to compete with the June 6th release of the Palm Pre and the rumored July 17th next generation iPhone release.
