BlackBerry 8120, BlackBerry 8820, BlackBerry 8310, and BlackBerry 8300 owners on AT&T Wireless are slated to receive the 4.5 firmware update in mid-September. The upgrade to OS 4.5 includes a host of new features:
- Improved "desktop-like"web browsing
- HTML email and improved email GUI
- Docs To Go : allows for editing Word, Excel and PowerPoint files
- New UI for media player
- BlackBerry 8820 and 8120 owners will have an automatic login to 17,000 WiFi hotspot
