Yet another unofficial BlackBerry Bold OS has been leaked. OS 4.6.0.234 has found it's way to the Interwebs, hot on the heels of OS 4.6.0.228. Standard disclaimer applies: Please install at your own risk. While some improvements might be found, there might also be a few new bugs.

A reader on BGR sent in this screenshot of his bold that includes an icon for Visual Voicemail. That would certainly be a nice feature upgrade if it pans out. Selecting the icon resulted in a "provisioning unsucessful" error, so clearly this is not ready for primetime. The reader was using build 4.6.0.219, a far cry from the official 4.6.0.167 build that is the last official build from AT&T.

Viigo has released an update for their popular (and pretty awesome) RSS reader for the BlackBerry. The latest update promises significant improvements in both memory usage and performance, most notably on the BlackBerry Bold.

The Where GPS application is now available for the BlackBerry Bold. Where comes complete with location based widgets including Starbucks, Gas Buddy, Eventful and Yelp. It's available through the AT&T Media Mall, Where.com, BuiltForBlackBerry.com and The Berry Store. Check out the video below for more info on the new Where app for the Bold. Hopefully, this will be the first of many location based apps.

The BlackBerry Bold 9000 comes with a case, but it adds a bit of bulk to the phone. BlackBerry (RIM) makes skin cases specifically for the Bold. The BlackBerry Bold Skin Case comes in a variety of colors (Black, Grey, White, Red, Blue) and it's priced competitively at just $9.95. Read on for our full review.
