BlackBerry 7130 Series

There are three BlackBerry phones in this series, the BlackBerry 7130e, BlackBerry 7130g, and the BlackBerry 7130c. When you compare these phones side by side they all share the general features such as wireless email, organizer, browser, phone, corporate data access, and SMS. They all have their own distinct features that make each one worth looking at.

BlackBerry 7130e

This phone was designed to go with you where ever you go. It makes it possible to check your email and to send it. It features a speakerphone, Bluetooth technology, and a tethered modem. The main purpose of the tethered modem is to take place of a pc card. It allows you to connect to the web using a laptop or your computer. This tethered modem is built into the phone with a simple connection you can be checking your email in a few minutes. It also features a GPS and comes with a QWERTY keyboard similar to a computer keyboard. The screen changes with the light so you will always be able to see what you are reading. It comes with 64 MB of memory. The battery is removable and rechargeable and provides up to 8 days on standby time and 3 hours of talk time. The width of the phone is a slim 2.2” and it is 4.6” in length. The weight of this phone is a total of 4.7 ounces.

The next phone in the BlackBerry 7130 series is the 7130c. This phone has the same extra features listed in the 7130e phone. It has a speakerphone, Bluetooth technology, instant messaging, and email. It also features the tethered modem to hook up to your laptop or computer at broadband speed. This is very important if you travel frequently because you are able to check your mail and keep in touch with potential clients and business associates. The size of this phone is 4.5” in length and 2.2” width. The total weight is 4.2 ounces so you know it will fit into your lifestyle. The length of the battery is up to 18 days on standby and 4 hours of talk time. The battery is removable and rechargeable. It also comes with 64 MB of flash memory.

BlackBerry 7130G

This phone has one feature that the other two in the 7130 series does not. This special feature is the MMS. This allows you to send pictures with your emails. This saves you time sending this info to someone. This feature comes in handy when you are in a hurry. The battery has a total of 18 days on standby and 4 hours of talk time. It features 64 MB flash memory. This BlackBerry has a fast browser so you don’t need to wait too long for uploads and downloads.
