BlackBerry 8700 Series

There is something to be said about the look and the features on the BlackBerry 8700 series. There are six phones included in this series and they are 8700c, 8700g, 8700r, 8703e, 8705g, and 8707g. These phones have similar features buy they also offer something individual and unique. You may have a hard time making your decision on them. Different service providers will only carry certain phones. In general all of these phones offer wireless email, organizer, browser, phone, corporate data access, SMS, and MMS.

BlackBerry 8700c

The Blackberry 8700c is a good model if you are constantly on the go. You can Email, phone, web browser and text to keep in touch. With the width at 2.7” it is sure to fit almost anywhere you put it. The 8700c comes with a light sensing screen which allows it to adjust in the light so you can always see. It has great sound and a removable rechargeable long life battery. The battery offers 16 days on standby and 4 hours of talk time. It offers 64 MB Flash memory and has a RIM wireless modem. It also has password protection and keyboard lock. This phone also features a wireless calendar. Only two of the BlackBerry series 8700 offers this feature.

BlackBerry 8700g

The 8700g offers basically the same thing as the 8700c and is great for on the go. Email your family or text to keep in touch. The size is the same as the 8700c so it can be taken anywhere. It doesn’t feature the wireless calendar.

BlackBerry 8700r

The Next phone in the 8700 series is the 8700r. It offers features such as being compatible with Bluetooth, combine text and images in one email, and a QWERTY keyboard to make typing your message easy to do.

BlackBerry 8703e

The 8703e series offers the same thing as the 8700c, g and r. The battery does not last as long, about half the time on standby. The 8703e series can act like a modem so you can connect to your laptop wherever you are. This is a great feature if you travel frequently.

BlackBerry 8705g

The 8705g phone also serves as a tethered modem when you are on the go. You don’t have any need to carry a pc card. If you are not familiar with the tethered modem it simply allows you to download files while you are traveling without using a special pc card. You connect at broadband speed. With this phone you have everything you need to keep up with friends, family and work such as text, instant message, and more. The 8705g also offers the wireless calendar.

BlackBerry 8707g

The 8707g series has everything that the other series offers all in one. It is a great way to communicate with everyone.
