Need some help please. Picked up refurbished 8100 and 8120 online and both have issues I believe to operating system and I must not be doing something right. The 8100 has the red light flashing 3 times then 2 times in sequence continuosly. The battery is charged but cannot get phone to go on. Obviously do not want to send back with extra time and costs if it's something that is related to the os.
The 8120 constantly reboots itself and from what I've been reading, this is common and should be fixed with the new os.
In the Desktop Manager neither phones os is being recognized. What did I miss? How do I remove old operating system and install new? I have both new os on desktop but not being recognized in Desktop Manager. I am a newbie and would appreciate any help. Thanks
