Viigo to this list. I use Google reader, but was pleased to find out that Viigo will sync with my Reader account. There isn't a native Google reader account, so Viigo fits the bill.
Tried Newsgator but did not like it. Slow and just clunky.

I have Viigo and a google reader account, can't seem to get to sync though. I am going to try and re-setup my account today..
