Hi Xion:

I hope this is coherent. I am very tired and should be sleeping, but I don't want you to have a reason to go elsewhere ( ), so here goes:

Yes, this can be done....There are a couple of things to keep in mind when synching between two different desktops. The BES wireless sync should be fine and actually is the "primary" sync, but with your personal desktop, install the Desktop Manager (does not matter which version, but 4.3 is known to be quirky) setup as a BIS. Customize the configuration for synchronizing. When you decide to sync to your personal desktop, you must ensure that for Address Book, Calendar, Memopad and Tasks the option "Wireless Synchronization" is set to "No" for each category and when you are finished unplug your USB Cable to the device and turn each one back to "Yes" for Wireless.

I hope this is of help, but if not respond and I will check in the morning with both eyes open.
