I came to the BB after leaving a Treo 650 and I haven't missed much since.
First, is Palm Desktop installed on the computer you installed BB Desktop Manager to? I will assume yes. Next, when you are trying to perform the migration do you have the Treo connected to the computer or the Pearl?
I have not used the Change Device function personally, but I believe the Treo has to be attached first and the wizard should detect that and prompt you from there.
However, if you still have your Treo you might have better luck if you just change the conduit to sync the Treo with Outlook and then sync your new Pearl with Outlook. You will have to have your Palm install disk to change from the Palm Desktop to Outlook.
