Email questions.
I was aware that you can only use enterprise email accounts with the 8800 before I bought it, but is there any way I could still use personal accounts, or is there any workaround like the iPhone with free exchange push email? If not, it's not really a big deal but it would still be good to have. TIA.

Actually... Nevermind. I was looking through email setup and I saw personal email setup...
So I went online to the BIS site, did the change device thing, then on the device re-registered host routing tables and sent the service books, and bam, I have 4 personal email accounts on my 8800...
That's kind of strange... Aren't 8800 series models not supposed to do personal email? Enterprise only? It says that on the BB site...

I don't know where you read that. Post a link, but any BB can be used for BIS, BES or a combo platter.

Here's a link: http://na.blackberry.com/eng/devices...6&products=403
It says "Integrates with personal email accounts" and there's no check mark next to it...

I don't know why that is, but perhaps it relates to a BES setup that has an IT Policy that forbids personal mail.
To my knowledge there are no restrictions on any BB device (except for BES with an IT Policy)....

Ohh. Thanks Steve. Does it mean calendar and contacts integration with personal accounts possibly?
Oh well... At least it works and that's all that basically matters.
