That is pretty much what the BB skin looks like. There is no real sticky to it though. I really like mine. I think it was the only thing that saved my unit during the Storm vs. Concrete battle happened. I think a little protection is always a good call...

Don't get me wrong. The thing is rubber and when I put it on the center console in my truck, it does not move when I take turns. Even during my moments of crazy driving does it move. I guess it could be a little tighter, never really thought about it.

I like the tire one too. Just don't feel like ordering one or tracking it down around town..

maybe i'm just picky re. the tightness.. about the tire, i thought i read Verizon carries it but did not see it on the web site yet.. oh nevermind, even that is too much labor for you :}
