Hi j-bug2006 and welcome to EB:
Can you clarify exactly the problem you are experiencing? The apps you had before are not reinstalling? I am currently out of the country on holiday and I have limited Internet service, but I will try to assist if I can. I am limited in my understanding as there have been way too many Margarita sessions.....  Have you tried downgrading back to your previous OS version just to see if everything goes back to the way it was?
