side buttons not responding
My side buttons not responding. I need to press and hold for 30secs for it to response. Any help?

Clarify....Was the side button responding quicker and they just stopped or has this been an issue all along?
Did you make any changes to the device? Upgrade the OS or disassemble it or even drop it?
I am thinking it is probably hardware related, but that may not be true....

Another thought steve. How do you carry the Bold? In your pocket, or in a holster? Do you have an outer cover, such as a silicone skin? It could be dirt or pocket lint building up, and causing this issue. Maybe a blast from one of those computer cleaners that shoots air under pressure may help.

side button was responding much quicker last time

trying pulling out the batt when device is on. improved slightly, but side button still not very responsive
whats next?
