Actually I encourage that for two reasons. One is that you do want to get a problem fixed as soon as you can and you never know how long it will be before a response comes in.

The other reason is that you will soon see how different we are and we actually enjoy ourselves while we try to help each other.

There are too many sites that just seem to enjoy berating new members, talk over them or simply let the new users know how much smarter they are....

Someone likes their forums.. I browse at other forums. Sometimes register just so I can see certain attachments, but EB is the only one I'm active at (sucks for you guys!).
