Unable to setup personal email account on Bold

Just got off the phone with AT&T. They have provisioned the Bold and added the BlackBerry personal data plan. Still, no option to set up personal email. Did some research and it seems others are having a similar issue. I'm hoping that the provisioning isn't complete. Read on RIM that I should see a personal email setup icon.

Anyone else have this icon?

Not more than 5 minutes later I had personal email setup. It recognized my previous account and asked if I wanted to use my plan with the device ID. Said "Yes" and both my accounts were there and ready to go. Submitted my password and I'm good to go.
