Upgraded my SIM to 3G; now my BB desktop manager won't recognize my phone
I just went to the local ATT store and swapped my old SIM card for a new one so I can install Visual Voice Mail. After I got home, I plugged my phone into the computer to back it up before I did anything else, but now it won't recognize the phone. What is the deal?

PC or Mac? OS? DM Version?
If PC, does anything show up when you look at Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager > USB Devices? Maybe an exclamation point indicating unrecognized hardware?
Try turning off Mass Storage and then see if the PC (?) recognizes.
If not this could be a process of elimination and may take some time.
