Blackberry Picture transfers

It gives me a runtime error. There's some pictures I want to access but I can't

Access on the phone? or the pc? I presume you have a media card, set it to mass storage when hooked to pc and you should be able to see the drive and folders...

I assume you mean you are tring to use the Media Manager and you get the runtime error?

I am with plunker and I suggest you follow his suggestion......

If we aren't understanding the issue though, please clarify.
