Help me decide: Curve or 8820
I'm thinking about getting the Curve, but 2G is my big hangup. I'm not sure how much of the camera I'll use. I've seen the 8820 is due out this month, but I don't think it has a camera...but has 3G. I have heard the keyboard isn't so hot on the 8800 series and the Curve keyboard is better. If you had a choice between the Curve vs the 8820, which would you choose?

If you have a desire to use multi-media functions, than you should select the 8300. The 8820 (if and when it finally gets released) will have integrated GPS, but no camera. If email is your thing, then 3G will have an impact on your daily usage. The Curve is more consumer, while the 8820 will be better suited to business. Tough call, but you can probably get the Curve cheaper since it's been out a while. I have not idea what the 8820 will fetch when it comes out.

I'd rather get a GPS from Garmin. I think I'm going for the Curve. Tired of waiting and I like the idea of a smaller phone. Appreciate the feedback.

Neither the 8800 series (including the 8820) or the Curve are 3G. The 8820 is basically the 8800 with WiFi. It's the first BlackBerry to package both.
The Curve aka 8300 does not have WiFi or GPS. The Curve 8310 will add GPS.
It can get a bit confusing.

Hang on, I thought the 8820 was going to have 3G? This is really getting confusing :P.

I would take the 8800 any days its a lot better then any other phone . The cam is not very important as people don't use the cams any way

I would go with the one that meets your needs and forget the one that is not getting what you need. If you have some features that you think are better on some then go with that one.
