    New here, help me please

    Hi everyone. I just got my first BB and I was wondering. Is there any way to have my email messages just go to my mailboxes and not in my text messages folder? It is sort of irritating to have them in both folders. How do I set that up? Thanks for any help I can get.

    Hi and welcome to EB:

    You can separate the SMS messages. From your open Messages Inbox > Menu button > Options > General Options > SMS and Email Inboxes > Separate

    This will give you a new icon on your desktop for SMS (text) Messages.

    Does that do it for you?
