It does sound like the encoding Marriott is using could be in play. Perhaps you should try Hilton?

Actually, I use Marriott (Courtyard usually) exclusively and I have enough points to stay in Tahiti for three weeks. If only I could afford the airfare now....

Actually I should probably comply with company rules and use our travel service for everything, since Sabre uploads show up)as for the Hilton suggestion, I am Gold, Marriott-Platinum, that should tell you how much I travel and why there's little time for posting, should be packing right now, have a great day!
