    Options > Security Options > General Settings > Highlight on Password choice > BB Menu key > Wipe Handheld

    Should remove device from your BIS account too so the buyer will be able to activate BIS..

    No need for another thread, even though it is a new question.

    I had a few "notes" on my berry. Where would I be able to view them on my laptop?

    Were you syncing with Outlook? You should be able to see Notes in Outlook. At least I think so....

    Yes, I was using Outlook. No, the notes are not in there, although I see that
    the noted from my new iPhone are in there. I wonder if the old BB notes got overwritten.

    It is possible Notes were not set to sync. If that was the case they are gone, but since you don't have the BB anymore it can't be checked....Sorry...
