    There are many apps to make ringtones. two free ones I am familiar with are Ringjone and Audacity....

    My self I use myxer. There are several out there. Google ringtone maker. Check them out and use which ever one you like. Programs like this are subjective, what steve likes may be cumbersome to me or vice versa.
