Blackberry 8130 JUM error

Het guys, my girls friends balckberry stopped working and all it gives us is JUM Error 545. I was wondering if anyone here could help me out in solvinn this problem.

Wow thanks for the fast reply, but i am new to blackberry so i do not know how to to a master reset or reinstall the os would you be kind enoght to explain to me how they are done??

I agree with rudeboy. In this case, I think you would have to use JL_Cmdr (an application that completely erases the phone) and then re-install the OS from your computer. I think there are some instructions on here on how to do this, but I may be wrong.
