BlackBerry Baby Pearl 7130c

I bought this Brand New BlackBerry Baby Pearl 7130c (Unlocked) from one of the online site: 1saleaday.com 2 weeks back.


I am using this phone with T-Mobile. The problem is it keeps loosing the Signal at places where if I use another phone with same T-Mobile SIM I have no signal loss. With my BlackBerry Baby Pearl 7130c when I lose the signal all I see is "SOS" where we see the signal bar on the screen.

Can someone give me any suggestion how to get around this problem. Is there any BlackBerry customer support number I can call?

Try doing a battery pull with the device on, count to 20 and replace the battery.

See if that helps. I am not sure if you actually mean an 8130? That would be a Pearl. TMo may only support the 8120. I am not at a computer to look further, but I will try to do some research next time I am at a PC.
