I can not my info off my sim card. It is in the phone and I can see the names when they call me but they are not on my contact list. Why and how can it be fixed? The card is from a razer.

I need a pretty background for the phone also. How can I do this? please help

Select your Address Book Icon > Menu Button > select SIM Phone Book and it will load > BB Menu key > Copy All To Address Book.

Voila!

About the background question, is it a picture you have on your Media Card, is it a picture you saw on a website, etc?

If you have a picture on your Media Card you can open it > BB Menu key > Set As Homescreen Image.

Remember that for a perfect fit on your BB as a full picture, the resolution should be set to 240x260 pixels. If you have a large picture you want to use you will have to resize it so the full picture fits. If you don't, you will wind up with a small part of the picture displayed.

Search the web using a search term like "free BB pearl backgrounds" (without quotes) and you should find thousands of free presized wallpapers that you can download. Download the image to your Media Card and follow above.

We got the picture to work but unfortunatly we havent gotten to figure out the contacts out. When she gets off of work Ill let her know...the sad thing is that she is forcing me to figure this out on my own

ok so when we select the address book, and press the menu button (middle ball i assume) only thing that comes up are the contacts that are NOT on the sim card thay are the contacts she put into the phone....when we select address book and press the BB symbol the things that show up are move icon, show all and hide icon and switch application

The BB Menu key is the key to the left of the trackball....
