Thats when I take out the battery when the BB is On and wait 30 seconds and put it back in and allow it to start up? I have done that with the old one and it did not work.

Yes that is a battery pull. I think at this point, we wait for SteveTaz to chime in. I know he's offered some advice in this type of situation before.
