Not getting emails

I used to get mail on my BB Pearl, but it stopped all of sudden, No mail from Hotmail, None from Outlook..or windows live mail..any idea? i checked msn mobile and i am set up to get email from my hotmail.

Welcome to EB.

There are a few things to try:
1. Battery pull
2. Go to Options, Advanced Options, Host Routing Table, BB Button/Menu key, Register now.
3. Go to your carrier's BIS site and login, and then on the left, click on Service Books, and then send them to your device. To go to your carrier's BIS site, in case you're unaware of where to go to, click here. There's a list of links to all the different carrier BIS sites.

Try those things and see if it starts working again.

Hi and welcome to EB:

First thing to do is to do a Battery Pull....with the device on, pull the battery, count to twenty and replace. Let it boot up and see if the mail restarts.

If not, Go to Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > BB Menu key > Register Now

Then go to your carrier's BIS site, log on and look for an option to Resend Service Books.

You should see a Registration Successful message when restored.
