Clarify please. Are you talking about a BIS account or a BES account? If it is your phone and email account how could you not know it?
If you are talking about a BIS email account, try calling Rogers. Of course they will require proof of ownership.
If it is a BES device, the Administrator can reset the password for you.
If you are speaking of a password on the BB Pearl, there is no way to recover it. You must enter the incorrect password ten times and the device will wipe all personal information so you can start over. After 6-7 attempts the phone will display enter BlackBerry. This is the start of seeing actual key entries you make instead of just ****s. This is so you can be sure you are entering what you think you are entering. After the tenth incorrect entry the device will wipe. At that point the phone will still operate and you can proceed to set it up again.
