    add 1 application

    when i run desktop manager all the applicaitons are listed, some listed which says "downgrade" which don't want to do so.

    how can i only add 1 application back to my blackberry?

    Just deselect the applications you do not want to install, the ones labeled downgrade shouldn't be automatically selected anyway, those should have 'none" under the action header.
