Today we released the new TV Blackberry Private Beta 4. The product is fully updated from previous version. It took time but it was worth our efforts – TV was absolutely redeveloped internally. Now it works faster, better, faultless and lots of bugs are fixed.

Loaded Beta 4 and no luck....problem with Server Response Code 413 continues.

I tried posting an update to the Forum at your site and it looks like your site has crashed.

Site problem could have even been on my side with our corporate network....Who knows.....

I hope something can be done. After waiting the Beta 4 was finally released, but no help for my issue.

I am not sure where this goes from here as there has been no response to my BUG post by Ilya and I don't know if I am the only one with the issue, if it can be resolved or if it is a lost cause.

I see Ilya responded to many posts yesterday, after the Beta was released, but not mine...I also know this kind of major app reworking and bug fixing can be very time consuming and doesn't allow for much in the way of individual communication.

I guess it is now hurry up and wait...

you can also leave your request in the topic, that starts from the word "important!" in the forum. he will definitely read that one

Evgenia, Thanks for the reply. I felt a bit funny doulble posting my issue in the "Important..." thread, but I did post it there. I also noticed a Tour user experiencing the same exact problem so I actually felt better that I wasn't the only one...
