Expense Software for all BlackBerries
Just letting you all know about an expense application for your BlackBerry (or iPhone, or Windows Mobile) called ProOnGo expense.
If you already downloaded the earlier beta, I recommend upgrading to the latest version of ProOnGo Expense today at www.ProOnGo.com. The latest version contains a lot of bug fixes\feature requests from customers (you can send requests straight from ProOnGo from the 'Help and Support' menu item).
ProOnGo is also looking to sign up people for a private beta if they need to fax expense reports. The new fax feature will allow you to fax expenses straight from your phone to a fax machine. Please contact support@ProOnGo.com for more info.
One tip: in BlackBerry options, ProOnGo Expense (and other apps you trust) will run a lot more smoothly if you Edit your BlackBerry options\permissions to 'Allow' ProOnGo.

Hi Dave:
Good to see you are continuing to improve the product. Unfortunately, we 8830 users are out of luck....No Camera.
Interesting that we (8830 users) are using one of the BBs designed specifically for the business environment, but we can't use your business tool. I guess there is no way to do this without the internal camera.
<sigh>

Actually the camera is optional. You can turn off all camera integration in ProOnGo options. Of course, if you don't have a camera, that is your only option! But, you can still track your expenses, mileage, time, etc. You just won't have any receipt images attached.
So, no camera required, maybe you can use it!
One other note, we have the option to browse to files versus take pictures. So, if you have some receipt pictures on a memory card you can still try the Receipt Reader functionality.
Hope this helps!
