One user who has alpha tested the browser describes it as “already being the best BlackBerry browser ever.”

Yes & no.... I used it for YouTube (remember the restaurant incident? The waitress takes my phone away from me whenever I go in there to eat now <jk>)
I know I don't need it for that but wonder if it does some other fantastic thing?

For things like YouTube videos, are you able to zoom in to the video? And if so, how does the quality look?

can't wait for skyfire on BB. I used it on my N95 and loved it. it still needs some improvements but it's the most functional of any of the mobile browsers.

If Skyfire works nearly as well on a 'berry as it did on my Q9c, then you will love the experience. The only downside is that Skyfire loads a little slower than Opera Mini. So, if you are in a hurry to watch porn you better use the 'berry browser. LOL!
