    i think {members own site removed} is one of the best website out there for free software and blackberry application...personally I'm a huge fan of it... as I always found there something really updated.. not only softwares but also reviews and blog posts regarding upcoming and latest models... whereas so many other sites like blackberry.com and freeblackberry.com ...

    Just found this on RIM's web site

    Free Wallet program to store your credit card info or debit passwords...
    Haven't played with it yet but I did notice it was from RIM & free!!

    Want to be sure

    In most cases I download from App World. No matter if the application is free or paid, I want to be sure that the software I am going to use on my Berry is coming from a trustworthy source.

    Not a bad way to think and you can have confidence that an app should be okay, but there are many other reputable sites out there and you may just be limiting your choices.

    Users have to be comfortable and confident in what they install and if you want to stay with App World, then that is what you should do.

    Free Software

    Mobile Merchant Pro has an interesting free application for processing credit cards. I downloaded to my 8330 and it works fine. Since I already had an Authorize.net account, it didn't cost me anything to process credit cards on my BlackBerry.
