    Tethering for Curve

    Hi there,

Anyone know of a program besides PDANet (which only works with Storm) and Teatherberry (who wants $50 up front) to use to teather a Curve? I don't mind paying for software as long as I know it works first.

    Thanks,
    Deidre

Hi Deidre and welcome to EB:

I have tethering included in my Sprint plan so I don't need add-on software, but I have heard good things about TetherBerry and they do offer a 30 day money back guarantee.

However, have you looked at this article and procedure? It might work for you...

Hi Deidre and welcome to EB!

Steve, you beat me to it. The few times i have tethered the method you linked to worked. I don't really ever feel the need as I have a laptop connect plan through AT&T from my work.

I've also heard good things about TetherBerry. If they have a 30 day guarantee it's worth a shot, definitely a much cheaper option than paying for the plan add on for tethering. But I'd try the method in the link Steve referenced first.
