Hi,
I was wondering if there is a way to set texting to where if your texting the same person it will just stay in the same window and not open a new one every time the person replies.

Do you mean like full threaded SMS, where you have a list of each person you're currently chatting with, not a list of every single sent and received SMS?

From what I know, there is currently no way to set that on BB devices. We do have semi-threaded texts though, but only while you're in a text and it shows the last 6ish text messages between you and that person.

Yes, Steve, IM is different from texting. Texting would be SMS, mobile number to mobile number messaging. IM, which is instant messaging, would be services like AIM, Yahoo, MSN, etc.

But Steve is correct, BeeJive is an amazing instant messaging application.

My daughter ius the only one I regularly SMS with and the BB app is fine...
