Well, you have to admit it isn't very exciting reading....and they know that.
But just think about what they are telling us....They offer to sell something and make a profit, but they accept no responsibility for virtually anything, not even for items they personally author and sell. Not only that if it ruins your hardware, that's too darned bad.
I only took one part of their disclaimer to quote. There is a bunch more...
Probably no different than many others, but given the fact they sell software I was very much amused to see what they deny any responsibility for. It is just so blatant. And people keep buying...
And a poor customer has to replace a defective phone and they won't provide a download for something the customer paid to be able to use? And the reason? Because they can....
Very sad....

Dealing with Handango CSRs is horrible, I have sent various replies to my ticket, and I keep getting the same form letter in return, saying that I can't download it unless I purchase Download Protection. I have emailed Pop Cap, and they said that they licensed it out to EA, so I am trying to figure out how to contact EA Mobile CSRs.
On the upside, I found a Bejeweled.rar file on my media card, so I'm assuming that I just need to pull it off and reinstall it that way. Right afterward I will send it to my gmail account for backup lol.
