1 year contract instead of 2 year
Idk if this is true tho.. My friend work at verizon and he told me that u can actually can get a 1 year contract instead of 2 year.. Anyone know about this????

One year contracts are often available, but you will generally pay a higher up-front fee to purchase the handset.
Did you ask the carrier if that was an option when you signed up? They will often allow you to make changes without charges or penalties in the first 30 days too.....

I don't think it is something they push on the higher end handsets. I knew about it when I got my Storm. I am guessing the thinking is that if I am spending that much on a handset, I am probably going to want to keep it. And if a newer, better one shows up, I would be willing to spend the extra when it comes out.
