WENT TO VERIZON STORE AND FOR THE FIRST TIME I WAS COMPLAINING BOUT THE STORM, THE MANAGER WAS ABOUT TO REPLACE MY PHONE WITH THE TOUR,UNTIL THEY TOLD HIM VIA EMAIL THAT A NEW OS IS AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD FOR THE STORM. SO HE TOLD TO THE UPDATE THEN COMEBACK IF YOU STILL HAVE THE SAME ISSUES,I SAID OK.WENT HOME DID THE UPDATE AFTER 5 to 10mins MY STORM WAS BRANDNEW AGAIN, I LIKE THE BLACKBERRY LOGO WHEN ITS LOADING AFTER YOU REBOOT, THEN THERE IS A SOUND WHEN YOU TURN ON AND OFF THE PHONE, THE PHONE IS FASTER, THE TXTING,EMAILING,MMS IS SMOOTH,CAMERA IS GOOD, THE VIDEO STILL LIMITEM TO 30 to 45 seconds.VERY GOOD SO FAR. I JUST HOPE THIS IS THE ANSWER TO ALL THE ISSUES THAT THN STORM HAS. I HEARD THE STORM 2 doesn't have then moving screen, its gonna be more like the lg phone, I'm keeping MY STORW. WASSUP STEVE

1. I hope u know that typing in ALL CAPS usually signifies that you're yelling.

2. It is cool that the store manager was willing to help you and was even going to replace the phone. That is awesome customer service.

3. I sure am glad that you love the phone now! I am still loving mine. I noticed that my web browsing is faster both on Opera and the BB browser. I actually got to try the Storm 2 and the screen does feel better. There is still a "click" response when typing but not sure if its the screen itself or its vibrating like those LG phones.

Sorry about the big letters, so far the update is very good, the browser is faster,I love the txt messeging. I'm keeping my storm, I'm not sure if that phone will be perfect,the storm 1 was an experiment learn my lesson from that. Alright I must say the storm will be the best phone that I ever had.
