Ok so I heard that the new 5.0 will never be OTA is this true??
Also I heard that if u take your phone to a Verizon dealer (corporate I'm sure) that they will upgrade your phone for you at no cost! Is this true?? |

OTA? I am not sure but so far neither my wife's nor my Storm were able to get the update OTA
VZW can upgrade for you, it is part of their job. So it is not really a preferential treatment, everyone gets that service. |
