Go to your Options Icon > About and look for the full version number that will start with a v, such as
v5.0.0.328. Note that this will also be followed by another set of numbers in brackets, but that is the Platform Number, which we don't need. By the way, the .328 is the most recent Verizon branded version of 5.0.
How did you do the upgrade, on the PC? If so, can you find the full file name (should be visible in BB Desktop to make sure you didn't get the 9500 version instead of the 9530 version or worse, the version floating around for the 9550.
