I had the same thing happen to me with both
QP 2.0 and QP Pro. Running
BB Storm v .148 software.
I solved it by myself as Steelthorn Tech support took too long to get back to me. I was ready to delete the program and just do manual battery pulls. Could not find the answer on the Steelthorn website.
The problem on the BB has to do with Permissions.
The fix:
Options-Advanced options-Applications-QP
Menu key
Select Edit Permissions(They must all say "Allow")
Everything will work, but I don't know why it does.
In addition, upon first install, I could not get the time to set. The fix is
Options-Advanced options-Applications-QP
Menu key
Select "disable compatibility mode"
This works but I don't know why
