Wont charge
So my phone won't charge. I've tried on a wall charger and my computer. When I do plug into my computer I can sync but the phone doesn't show it charging any ideas.

What does the battery show as currently charged %?

How old is the Storm/battery?
Are you sure the wall outlet you plug into is not controlled by a wall switch?
Try plugging in and while plugged in remove the battery, count to 20 and replace the battery. See if it reads "Low Battery" or something, but starts charging.

Tried all those things and it won't charge. Its my 4th storm and is only two weeks old. I called and they want me to bring it in to a store. It started charging for like 15 minutes and then just stopped again. I'm at 55% battery right now.

Bummer. Maybe they need to upgrade you to a Storm 2. You have been pretty patient....

As far as the home charger, check to make sure the plug adapter is seated properly to the DC converter. I discovered that problem a while back when my phone didn't charge a couple of nights. It might not be the problem but its worth a shot.
While you're at it, get a car charger and see if you get the same results.
