Don't they get commissioned for every phone order? I know/think (pretty positive) that's how it is with AT&T. Seems like the day you'd want to actually work...

I think the store reps get commission, but its like 12.00 for a 200.00 phone.
They make money by selling the plans....
A lot of reps are getting laid off in the area for not selling accessories enough.
