Just as soon as I figure out how my 8830 will have a catastrophic failure and the replacement would be the Tour. They probably still have many 8830s left to send as replacements so this could be tricky.

just saw this this morning on Engadget. YAY for Sprint.

I think poor phone selection is a bigger factor in Sprint's decline than Customer Service.

If they can get phone selection on par with Verizon, with the lower plan prices and more features that their plans already offer maybe they can make a rebound.

The Pre, Tour, Touch Pro 2, Diamond 2 are definitely a good start.

I've had the Pre on Sprint since the 6th now and I'm really, really happy with them so far. Still have my Bold on AT&T thru my work. wonder if I could talk the employer into saving a few bucks and switching to sprint so I can get my hands on a Tour
