You may have a couple of options. Who is your carrier? I know Verizon will do it when you switch devices. If you ordered yours over the internet directly from the carrier, and have not had your Tour for very long, you may want to try to sweet talk the rep at the brick and mortar site to transfer for you. If this doesn't work, it has been mentioned somewhere in other threads here if you use Outlook, and have your Palm synced with Outlook, you can do it that way. But I don't know how to do that.

Hi angvanhoose and welcome to EB:

dgray has given good advice and I hope it has helped you. You should have installed the BB Desktop Manager to your PC (not Mac yet) and if you did there is also a Switch Device Wizard that supports many brands and might work for you.

The very best way is Outlook as BBs sych effortlessly with Outlook.

Visit and post often and thanks for registering.....
