Got home from a long day trip, and my new Tour was sitting on the living room floor in a Fedex box, tried to ignore it to spend some time with the wife and kids, but, gave in, popped the top on a Heineken and dug in. Struggled with the battery cover, had to get my wife's help, I was trying too hard to follow the diagram in the setup guide, she just pushed up on the chrome release and it will then swing up, not slide down. Took a while to get the BES activated, required a couple of battery pulls, but it's been pretty flawless since, it locked up once while accessing a Visual VoiceMail message, rebooted and received an error message, other than that instance it's worked very well. Call quality is excellent, the trackball is very reponsive and smoooth, reaction when clicking on a selection is instant, resolution is outstanding, build quality is very impressive, very solid. Some complaints I have seen are regarding the battery cover and a little movement, thats there, but hardly anything I would complain about. The camera is quick, I have not loaded any music yet, did download V Cast Song ID, great App. that works very well. I'll keep you posted as I discover more to praise about this device, or if I find some chinks to complain about, for now I'm really happy with it.
