BlackBerry 9900 AT&T News.
So, I noticed on my account online that even though I purchased the iPhone 3G and Bold with 2 year contracts, AT&T is letting me upgrade after one year instead of 2 years. Basically they let you do this if you pay your bills on time and your line is at least $100 each month. Yada yada, I'm able to upgrade every year instead of 2 years, including subsidized phones. ANYWAYS... before I hung up, I asked the rep about supposedly getting the 9900 around Q3 of this year. He knew exactly what I was talking about. He told me that there was nothing official, but there were rumors floating around the office about it. Now, I know usually the reps don't know much about the upcoming models, etc, but FWIW I asked and shared. If this is true, however, I'll be friggen happy. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. One of my lines is due for an upgrade in November around the same time (hopefully) as the 9900.

Looks like AT&T reps are full of crap. The 9900 has apparently been scrapped for an all-new phone (same touch-screen Bold type thing) that will eventually be the new Bold replacement with all new technologies... I'm hoping it comes out around the same time as I was planning on getting the 9900..
