The 9000 is Bold...
Well, RIM's site has the new 9000 all over their front page. It is now called The Bold and it does look awsome.
3.5G, WiFi, fast processor, 480X320 screen (half-VGA?), 128MB flash and 1GB on-board memory, 16 GB microSD/SDHC car support, and on and on..... The only concern that struck me is that the screen looks smaller than my 8830 and that would be a real negative for me. CNet also posted a review here. AT&T is designated to have it first, but only "later this year". Things are heating up..... SteveTaz

Right now it is all speculation. Cost estimates range from $300-$700 depending on Plan options One Year, Two Year, No Plan, etc.
Latest release guesstimates are: Rogers, June 25th (Would be a first, a Canadian company getting the new device first, but this is just about confirmed) AT&T, End of July/Early August (a bit more of a guess. The iPhone 2 is to release July 11 so the Bold will be at least a couple of weeks after that. AT&T will have the exclusive in the US, but unknown if the US exclusive will be 90 days, 120 days or what). SteveTaz Quote:
