Our office recently upgraded from POP3 server to a 2003 Exchange Server. Blackberries are configured to receive emails via Outlook Web Access. We do not have BES. Each night our blackberry users get an email indicating that their service has been turned off because of possible username/password change. I believe part of the reason this occurs is because our email server either logs off or shuts down for a period in the middle of the night. Is there another way to configure the blackberries or exchange so users do not have to re-enter passwords each day to retrieve emails blackberries?
